Does God's Oneness mean Sameness?

Before we even start this subject, let it be noted that this 'little glory' is attempting to speak of The Greater Glory and my few remarks regarding this subject, I readily recognize, will not adequately address this vast subject called 'God' or Oneness. Even though Jesus acknowledged his oneness with the Father, remember he did not hesitate to add that his Father was greater than he.

Deut. 6:4

Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord.

Ephesians 4:4

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

These two scriptures declare the Oneness of God, do they not?

And did not Jesus also pray "Father that they may be one even as we are one."

So it seems from these passages that the the answer to our question, "Does God's Oneness mean Sameness?" must be that God is, indeed, Oneness.......ONE!

But does this Oneness also mean or imply that God is Sameness?

Does this Oneness mean that God is just a numerical singularity? When you say the word 'one', the mind, of course, sees just a singularity or not two.

But instead of a 'singluarity', perhaps it would be more accurate to think of God as an Infinity.... Energy that is so dense that it is the home of no-thing and yet everything that is possible.

In our joy in being awakened to our Oneness with God, I think that many see God only as a Singularity and not an Infinity. Many aspire to a state of undifferientiated bliss or singularity that some call Nirvana where you lose all sense of our calling to be Christ's creative equal.

But this God-All-In-One had a desire, had a plan, had an intention.....this LOVE HAD TO FIND A WAY, A MEANS TO BE LOVING!! God All-In-One yearned to be God-All-in-all!!

" God or Source is so secure in its existence that it can constantly break itself down and rebuild itself. Its energy is so unbelievable that it does indeed form all universes; and because its energy is within and behind all universes, systems, and fields, it is indeed aware of each sparrow that falls, for it is each sparrow that falls.

There is being, as opposed to nonbeing. Now- and this will seem like a contradiction in terms- there is nonbeing. It is a state, not of nothingness, but a state in which probabilities and possibilities are known and anticipated but blocked from expression.

Dimly, through what you would call history, hardly remembered, there was such a state. It was a state of agony in which the powers of creativity and existence were known, but the ways to produce them were not known. This is the lesson that All That Is had to learn, and that could not be taught. This is the agony from which creativity originally was drawn, and its reflection is still seen.

Some of this discussion is bound to be distorted, because I must explain it to you in terms of time as you understand it. So I will speak of some indescribably distant past in which these events occurred. All That Is retains memory of that state, and it serves as a constant impetus toward renewed creativity. Each self, as a part of All that Is, therefore also retains memory of that state. It is for this reason that each minute consciousness is endowed with the impetus toward survival, change, development, and creativity.

It is not enough that All That Is desires further being, but that each portion of It also carries this determination. Yet the agony itself was used as a means, and the agony itself served as an impetus, strong enough so the All That Is initiated within Itself the means to be.

If – and this is impossible – all portions but the most minute last ‘unit’ of All That Is were destroyed, All That Is would continue, for within the smallest portion is the innate knowledge of the whole. All That Is protects Itself, therefore, and all that It has and is and will create. The first state of agonized search for expression may have represented the birth throes of All That Is as we know it." end quote

Within God the yearning to be all that S/He was, is where each of us as an individuated epression of God was birthed from. We each are God's idea of Himself. But we are not all clones of one another any more than every cell in our body exists as only one organ. We have trillions of cells each forming different organs and functions in the body but each one containing the holographic blueprint of the whole. My body identification is called Karen [one], but I am made of many [cells]. The scriptures teach so also is the Christ Body many cells/selves. Cor. 12

Ephesians 3:10 from the Amplified Version tells us
[The purpose is] that through the chuch the complicated, [complex] MANY-SIDED wisdom of God in ALL ITS INFINITE VARIETY AND INNUMERABLE ASPECTS might now be made known...

We each are here to demonstrate the many sides and aspects of our Creator who is much more than a numerical one.

So my conclusion is that Oneness DOES NOT mean Sameness.

the following is a quote by J. Preston Eby:

THE SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD

“And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God” (Rev. 4:5).

For many years we did not know that God has seven spirits! Although we were raised in church, and had read the Bible through, we had never understood the mystery of the seven spirits. We all knew that “there is one body, and one Spirit” (Eph. 4:4). We all thought that when we were baptized in the Holy Spirit, receiving the one Spirit, that was the beginning and the finish of it! We spoke in tongues and prophesied, did a few miracles, danced in the Spirit and rejoiced with joy unspeakable and full of glory, and that was it! That is all we knew God had for us this side of heaven.

The question follows — are there seven spirits of God? If you say that God has seven spirits, to some that makes you a heretic! If, on the other hand, you say that the Spirit of God is not seven spirits, you are disagreeing with the heavenly revelation given to John! Is the Spirit of God, then, seven or one? If God says there is one Spirit, then there is one Spirit; and if God says there are seven spirits, then there are seven spirits. That is the mystery of it!

One of the keys to this mystery is found in the passage quoted above, “And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God.” In the Old Testament, the structure of the lampstand or candlestick was quite unique: below was one lampstand, above there were seven branches, and in each branch there was a lamp (Ex. 25:31-37). It was one lampstand, yet it had seven lamps; there were seven lamps, yet it was but one lampstand. The same picture is presented in Zechariah 4:2. Therefore, it is correct to say that there is one lampstand, yet it is not wrong to say there are seven lamps! So also is the Spirit of God. Without question, He is one Spirit; but He is also called “the seven spirits,” that is, the sevenfold, intensified spirit of God!

"Seven, in the scriptures, is the most sacred number of the Hebrews. This number is used more often than all other numbers, save the number one. It is the number denoting spiritual perfection and completeness. In this connection it is instructive to note that in the title “Holy Spirit” the word “holy,” according to Webster, comes from a root meaning “whole.” Hence, the Holy Spirit is the WHOLE SPIRIT! The seven spirits of God, seven denoting spiritual perfection and completeness, are likewise a figure of the “holy” or the “whole” or “complete” Spirit. When we understand that the number seven conveys the idea of unity and completeness, rather than diversity, then we can see with unclouded vision that the seven Spirits of God are the sevenfold, intensified Spirit of the Lord — the absolute FULLNESS OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD!

Great is the mystery and the wonder of it, for there is one Spirit and yet there are seven spirits! This can easily be understood from the natural creation. Have you drunk a glass of water today? How many things is water? To us water is one thing, one item, one substance. But no — water is actually two things! Two parts of a gas called hydrogen and one part of a gas called oxygen are fused, and they make water. But water is not gas! When the two gases are mixed they produce an effect. You have something new, something different, something of a another quality — liquid. I didn’t get up this morning and tell myself that I needed a glass of H2O. It was unnecessary to bother with the chemical formula. I just knew I needed a glass of water. If I never knew anything about hydrogen or oxygen it would make no difference. Water is water! God knows how He made it. Scientists discovered God’s formula, but God invented it!

The almighty Creator has used that same principle of compounding to make everything that appears in the material creation. In the whole universe, the heaven, the earth, all the stars and suns and planets and moons, there are exactly ninety-six different things which are called elements. Everything we see everywhere is composed of some combination of some of those ninety-six elements. We think of salt as one thing. Yet salt is not one thing; salt is two things. Somebody has taken a piece of metal called sodium and a piece of a gas called chlorine, and mixed the two things together. The result is what chemists call sodium chloride and we common folk call it salt. How about air? Isn’t that one thing? Wrong again! Air is always three things. Seventy-nine parts of a gas called nitrogen mixed with twenty-one parts of a gas called oxygen, and a tiny, tiny portion of carbonic acid gas, make up the simplest kind of air. Air is not one thing. It might be as many as twelve or fourteen things, depending on how close you live to a glue factory or a garbage dump!

God has used that simple principle of compounding to make everything that appears in the vast expanses of the universe! And the physical creation is simply the mirror of the spiritual world! In just this way it is no longer necessary to see the Spirit of God as just one thing — for God Himself is not just one thing. God is light. God is love. God is life. God is spirit. Those are four things and we haven’t even begun!" end quote

Broken Wings

Dear Broken Wing,

Your story truly is most of our stories, it just has different names and events. Not many have children or mates that validate them in their spiritual walk in God. Believe me, we all have had our wings clipped and our feathers plucked more than once and many times by those who feel quite justified in doing so.

Broken wingedness :) seems to be a necessary condition that creates compassion and healing in us. We will never be healers if we have never been broken or wounded. It is the Man of sorrows who is acquainted with grief and has no apparent form or comliness and who is despised and rejected and betrayed that qualifies for taking away the sin (error) of the people. We have been assigned our portion with the wicked and the rich man (the carnal man) in our death. Or we have taken on these bodies of death as spiritual beings to have this human experience that out of this mortal, we can put on immortality. We are his spiritual offspring as he sees the fruit of the travail of his soul and is most satisfied. This is how My Servant justifies and makes many righteous for he shall bear their iniquities and guilt and make many righteous.

“Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great [kings and rulers], and He shall divide the spoil (all men) with the mighty; because He poured out His Life unto death, and He let himself be regarded as a criminal and be numbered with the transgressors, yet he bore [and took away] the sin of many and makes intercession for the transgressors – the rebellious.” Isa. 53

The only way that I find healing for my own broken wing, is to give away what I need the most. When I give away the love that I most need or the joy that I most need or the comfort that I most need, I find that it is like coming to you and putting my arm around you and saying “I have one good wing, and you still have one good wing, let’s be each others strength and together we can fly, together we can be that eagle that mounts up and soars the highest heavens.” It is what the real Melchisedec ministry really is. It is spirit touching the spirit of another. It is Christ to Christ. These are the Zadok priests of Ekeziel that go into unto the Lord and minister only unto him. Eke. 44

It is in our apparent weakness that we are most strong. For the spiritual children of the desolate one will be more than the children of the married wife, says the Lord.

Winging our way together,
Karen

Seeing AND Doing

I loved that thought that was shared about the world to come being our transformed body. I know so many think you are putting off into the future something that they see finished. I myself taught and believed in the "everything is finished" gospel. It is spiritual truth. But I was pondering on something Jesus said on how this finished thing is accomplished in this realm and it was:

He only spoke what he heard his Father saying.

And He only did what he saw his Father doing.

We are to be 'transducers', where this power and energy meets to be stepped down into manifestable reality.

So many only seem satisfied with 'seeing' the kingdom of God. Being quickened or born again lets you see the kingdom of God, but Jesus 'saw' what his Father was 'doing'. It translated into action on his part.

Even Moses 'saw' into the promised land. But he never walked it. Just seeing all things finished, to me is not enough. It is not really entering into and putting your feet in that land. And I would not for the world want to discourage anyone from seeing the finished work of God, that is not at all the point I am making. Seeing is a glory too of the many glories.

I read a post by a brother on another board and thought a point he made about the 'daughters vs. the sons' was a great truth. He was making it about different orders of people, and it may be true in that respect too, but I took it within. The daughter aspect is the more passive receptive part of us that is content to just 'be' and to 'see' that all is well, but the masculine part of us is the more aggressive active side of us that is not just a hearer of the word but a doer.

It is the feminine and masculine together that produces the child (the manifestation) You can't do anything that you can't see God doing.

"It is God that worketh in us both to will and to do his good pleasure."

Well, God is spirit, and a spirit has not flesh and bones. But spirit has clothed himself as us to do all his pleasure, and by His grace we are changing garments: from the humiliating dense and heavy animal skins that bind us cocoon like, to the light and majestic body of his glory.
Phil 4:21

With love,Karen

Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde

By Dora Van Assen (with a few of my comments added)

“With him is strength and wisdom, the deceived and the deceiver are his” Job 12: 16

We feel sometimes that we think are not deceived in anything, but down the road a ways we may see that from where we now are walking we were still not enlightened with full insight before. So, at a certain level we were still deceived or not in-"formed" – the Christ was not fully formed in us concerning certain things yet.

The scriptures teach us that it is through one man that sin entered the world. It does not say that it is through the devil that sin entered the world but through one man. Sin being a lack or inability to hit the mark, or bullseye. We fell short of the glory. We were too short. We were not tall enough. We came up short, meaning we were immature in stature. And it was Adam or adamkind that was the instrument used for lowering all men into death. If something is low, it is the opposite of high, isn’t it.

“Therefore, even as through one man sin entered into the world, and through sin death, and thus death passed through into all mankind, on which all sinned." Rom. 5:12

[this is the Concordant Literal, which I feel gives a clearer understanding of why mankind sins....because of of the death principle that he inherits not because of the sin principle that we have been taught that we all inherited] In other words, man sins now because there is a death, or a dearth of Life in his undeveloped consciousness.

If death is the result of being immature, immature compared to what? - Of being in the full stature of Christ. And if to be carnally minded is death, then the scripture might be reworded to say the following without corrupting its meaning:

“Therefore, even as through one man immaturity entered into the world, and through immaturity, the carnal mind, and thus carnal mindedness passed through into all mankind, on which all fell short of the glory."

That is why David said, “Behold, I was brought forth in [a state] of iniquity; my mother was sinful who conceived me.” Was David slandering his mother? Absolutely not. He was saying that in that conception there was already a lack, there was not eternal life but there was death already there. Adam sinned and brought death and now because of this lowering, we have sinned because we had death in us. “death spread to all men, because all were immature in Christ”.

Everything produces after its own kind. And Adam did not bring forth children until after his consciousness was lowered by partaking of the offerings of his misguided soul (wife). So, he could only pass on death for it was now in his seed.

Because nobody is tall enough, we need the Christ, the mediator to lift us up and grow us up, into that height so that we can be equal, face to face with God and have communion with Him. It is only in the Christ are we tall enough.

Even when Jesus came down here, he was made lower than the angels for the suffering of death. [to be carnally minded is death, so Jesus' first experience with death was his entrance into human form and the experience of knowing what humanity experiences with a mind that has been lowered into death - and he carried his obedience of being sent of the Father into this death realm all the way to deaths culmination, the cross!] Praise God for his unsearchable ways!! He used death to destroy death!!!

If he had stayed in that higher angelic order he could not have died. He had to come and put on humanity so that he could die, or bring an end to the First Adam, standing as the Last Adam who birthed into reality the New Creation Man. And after his resurrection and ascension he passed on the seed of this New Life Species into his bride the church on the Day of Pentecost for eonian Life was now his to give.

Jesus also walked in human limitations while here because he fully entered the human experience. That’s hard for many to believe, but for me that makes him even greater and more precious because he had to overcome too. The scriptures tell us that “God anointed Jesus who went about doing good”. He was powerless without the anointing. “I can of mine ownself do nothing.” He was anointed with the spirit without measure but our Holy Spirit baptism is called the down payment of that full measure anointing. And Paul prayed that we too would go on to be filled with all the fullness of God with Christ fully formed in us.

As the present day Body of Christ we are the only flesh and bones he has on the earth or this realm. When Christ was walking this earth, he was not walking in glorified flesh. If you look up the word flesh, “the word was made flesh” in the Strongs concordance that word flesh is the same number all the way down. It is the word “sarx”. When it talks about Jesus flesh or our flesh it is all the same word.

“Who in the days of his flesh, he cried with strong cryings and tears that God would deliver him”, deliver him out of the flesh. That God would deliver him out of death.
“And he was heard because he feared.” Heb. 5: 7

Where it says “flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom of God”, it is the same word that says, “who in the days of his flesh”. Jesus could not enter the kingdom of God without making a change! He went through a metamorphosis and went down into death or the cocoon and while he was in the tomb/cocoon he went from a worm to when he broke out he was a butterfly. He made his change! Just like we are making our change. We are being changed from a caterpillar into a butterfly.

All a worm can do is have communion with another worm and it has to crawl on the earth or, at best, a stalk of a plant but when it spins a cocoon and finally breaks out it can fly. The worm now made into a butterfly can crawl on a leaf in the earth or it can fly in the heavens and commune with other butterflies in the heavens.

If Jesus did not do it, then we are not going to do it. We are not going to do anything that Jesus, our prototype did not do. He was the Firstborn from among the dead, and that word 'firstborn' in the Greek is 'prototokos'...from which we get our word 'prototype'. He is our forerunner and we are meant to follow in his well marked path.

First he was Jesus Christ – Worm –
But now
He is Christ Jesus. - Butterfly

So the deceived and the deceiver are both his. Or the immature and the mature are both his and he knows how to take care of his own.

The Two Temples -Solomon's and Herod's

We are the temples of God (1 Cor. 3:16). But there are two kinds of temple. There is the pattern of Solomon's temple, which was filled with the glory of God, and there is the pattern of the second temple (later, Herod's temple), which was never filled with God's glory. In fact, there was no Ark of the Covenant in it because it had been carried away by Jeremiah at the time of the Babylonian captivity. Only a stone slab stood in its place.

And so, people are temples either with or without the (awareness of the) inner presence of God. In our flesh, we are patterns of Herod's temple for 46 is also the numeric value of Adam in Greek. With the Holy Spirit, we are patterns of Solomon's temple. Our fleshly temples are defined by chromosomes. We have 23 pairs of chromosomes, for a total of 46, and these define our fleshly temples (Herod's temple). Does not nature itself teach us?

Satan-The Collective Ego

The following is an excerpt of an article that I gleaned in my cyber travels:

I feel it undoes some old religious teachings and also addresses some the excesses of metaphysical and Eastern thought as well.

I offer this kind of material for perusal in the spirit of contemplation, not as absolutes that must be embraced.

***********************

Quote:

The serpent is the symbol of the deepest knowledge within creaturehood; it also contains the impetus to rise above or beyond itself in certain respects. Eve, rather than Adam, for example, eats of the fruit first because it was the intuitive elements of the race, portrayed in the story as female, that would bring about this initiation; only afterward could the ego, symbolized by Adam, attain its new birth and its necessary alienation. The tree of knowledge, then, did indeed offer its fruits - "good and bad" - because this was the first time there were any kinds of choices available, and free will.

There were other tales, some that have not come down to you in which Adam and Eve were created together, and in a dream fell apart into the separate male and female. In your particular legend Adam appears first. The woman being created from his rib symbolized the necessary emergence, even from the new creature, of the intuitive forces that will always come forth - for without that development the race would not have attained self-consciousness.

Good and evil then simply represented the birth of choices, initially in terms of survival, where earlier instinct alone had provided all that was needed. In deeper terms, there is still another meaning that mirrors all of those apparent divisions that occur as All That Is seemingly separates portions of itself from itself, scattering its omnipotence into new patterns of being, that in your terms, remember their source and look back to it longingly, while still glorying in the unique individuality that is their own.

The story of the fall, the rebellious angels, and leader Satan who becomes the devil - all of this refers to the same phenomena on a different level. Satan represents - in terms of this story - the part of All That Is, or God, who stepped outside of Himself, so to speak, and became earthbound with His creatures, offering them the free will and choice that previously had not been available.

Many hold certain ideas about good and evil that are very hampering. These may be old beliefs in new clothing. You may think they are quite free, only to discover that you hold old ideas but have simply put new terms to them."

You may be quite able to see through the distortions of conventional Christianity. You may have changed your ideas to such an extent that you can see little similarity between your current ones and those of the past. Some of you may believe in the theories of Buddhism, for example, or of another Eastern philosophy.

The differences between any of those systems of thought and Christianity may be so apparent that the similarities escape you. You may follow one of the schools of Buddhism in which great stress is laid upon the denial of the body, discipline of the flesh, and the avoidance of desire. These elements are quite characteristic of Christianity also, of course, but they may appear more palatable, exotic, or reasonable coming from a source foreign to your childhood education. So you may leap from one to the other, shouting emancipation and feeling yourself quite free of old limiting ideas.

Philosophies that teach denial of the flesh must ultimately end up preaching a denial of the self and building a contempt for it, because even though the soul is crouched in muscle and bone it is meant to experience that reality, not to refute it.

All such dogmas use artificial guilt, and natural guilt is distorted to serve those ends. In whatever terms, the devotee is told that there is something wrong with earthly experience. You are, therefore, considered evil as a self in flesh by virtue of your very existence.

This alone will cause adverse experience, making you reject the very basis of your own framework of experience. You will consider the body as a thing, a fine vehicle but not in itself the natural living expression of your being in material form. Many such Eastern schools also stress - as do numerous spiritualistic schools - the importance of the "unconscious levels of the self", and teach you to mistrust the conscious mind.

The concept of nirvana and the idea of heaven are two versions of the same picture, the former being one in which individuality is lost in the bliss of undifferentiated consciousness and the latter one in which still-conscious individuals perform mindless adoration. Neither theory contains an understanding of the functions of the conscious mind, or the evolution of consciousness - or for that matter, certain aspects of greater physics. No energy is ever lost. The expanding universe theory applies to the mind as well as to the universe.

However, these philosophies can lead you to a deep mistrust of both your body and your mind. You are told that the spirit is perfect, and so you can try to live up to a standard of perfection quite impossible to achieve. The failure adds to the sense of guilt.

You attempt then to further banish the characteristic enjoyment of your own creaturehood, denying the lusty spirituality of your flesh and the strong present corporeal leanings of your soul. You will try to rid yourself of very natural emotions, and so be cheated of their great spiritual and physical motion. On the other hand, some leaders may give little consideration to such issues, but still be deeply convinced of the misery of the human condition, focusing upon all the "darker" elements, seeing the world's destruction ever closer to hand without really examining the beliefs that arouse such constant feelings.

They may find it easy to cluck their tongues at obvious fanatics who cry out for God's vengeance, and speak about the world's end in brimstone and ashes. They may be as equally convinced, however, of man's basic unworthiness, and so of course of their own. In daily life such people will concentrate upon negative events, store them up, and unfortunately cause personal experience that will seem to quite reinforce the basic ideas.

The you that you consider yourself is never annihilated. Your consciousness is not snuffed out, nor is it swallowed, blissfully unaware of itself, in some nirvana. You are as much a part of nirvana now as you will ever be.

In Buddhism, nirvana - a state of heavenly perfection- is achieved by the extinction of individual life and the soul's absorption into the supreme spirit.

There is nothing more deadly than nirvana. At least your Christian concepts give you some twilight hopes of a stifling and boring paradise, where your individuality can at least express itself, and nirvana extends no such comfort. Instead it offers you the annihilation of your personality in a bliss that destroys the integrity of you being an expression of Source. Run from such bliss!"

Late Bloomers

Just a Late bloomer, you’ve said you think you are
In God’s beautiful flower garden of all
But not all flowers bloom in the springtime when the year is new,
Nor in the summer after a heavy dew.

But some I have saved for autumns’ fall
When life all around starts doning its pall.
For your beauty stands out so sleek
When life all around you seems so bleak.

So, never despair a Late Bloom to be
Because your beauty has been saved just for Me.
Have I not said, “The last shall be first”,
Late Bloomers that display the New Creation Birth.

The flowers that bloom in springtime
With petals so fine
Are those who have experienced Me
As their Savior all divine.

Those that flower in summer
When the sun is so bright
Are those who have come to know Me
As Baptizer in a fresh and glorious light.

But those that flower in autumn
During the garden’s decline
Are those who have come to know Me
As not only Savior and Lord, but King sublime!

Now, this gardening tale
Is a comfort to all
Who think because they’re a Late Bloomer
They are therefore so small.

For God, the Great Gardener
With His well laid plans
Included the Late Bloomer,
Yes indeed, all men!

Those springtime blooms of ancient past
Were men like Moses, Abraham and to mention, David not last
And not to be excluded were the women of great renown
Such as Ruth and Queen Esther who also wear the victors crown.

Those summertime blooms emitting such sweet perfumes
Were those born during Christ’s time like Peter, Paul and Jude.
Those earlier flowers, although so fine,
Did not reach full bloom because God has us in mind.

Late bloomers that flower in this last hour
Are those of us upon whom, depends so much
Together with Him we shall bring perfection in

Uniting all seasons; past, present and future as Him.

God's Hidden Intentions

I have shared with you and others before that it was my pleasure and privilege to know Sis. Dora Van Assen who was a real Mother in Israel. She was a pioneer of the reconciliation message, and in fact, was used by Spirit to carry the word of God’s love for all into many places around the globe, not counting all the places and peoples her writings reached. I feel it a shame that her work has not been given a place on the net like so many of the other pioneers.

She also was taken by spirit into a trance for about 4 hours back in the 1940’s while she and a friend were out in the Southwest desert praying together. Her and her husband were living and ministering among the Indians tribes there at that time. Her friend perceived that she had been slain in the spirit and went on home to meet her children when they arrived home from school. Sis. Dora was shown the plan of God thru the ages or eons from God All in One to God All In All. It was this message that she took around the world.

I said all that because your comments about how it was God’s intent to deceive the people until the time of the end made me recall a thought that she used to share with us that always witnessed with my spirit. I just wanted to add it with your testimony if I might even if it is a little late in this thread. But before I do, I would like to add that 20 years ago she was teaching the word that Jesus was made like unto his brethren in every way and did not have special flesh because it would not have been a fair test if he had not been like us. He could not have been tempted in all points if he was above temptation. This teaching did not win her brownie points then, either, with her kingdom brethren but as I said the main thrust of her ministry was the sharing of God’s Love for All. I know her enchristed spirit makes up part of that great cloud of witnesses cheering us on to the fullness.

“God’s Revealed Will versus God’s Hidden Intention” was the title of her teaching I wanted to share. And as you were saying “He has hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them unto babes.”

For instance: It was God’s revealed will that Israel be given the Law and to keep the Law, but it was His hidden intention that ultimately they would not and could not, at least not from the flesh or outer man. For they were playing out their part as living object lessons unto us upon whom the end of the ages have come Paul said. They were teaching us spiritual principles by becoming living object lessons.

His revealed will says “Thou shalt not kill”, but it was his hidden intention that his Son would be. “…the rulers were assembled and combined together against the Lord and against His anointed, Christ the Messiah.
To carry out all that Your hand and Your will and purpose had predestined (predetermined) should occur.” Act 4

The Lamb (this includes the Lamb company) that had been slain in the heavens(the mind of God) before the foundation of the world was now being manifested in the earth…..”testified of in due time”.

His Revealed Will:
“For I tell you that Christ, the Messiah, became a servant and a minister to the circumcised [the Jews] in order to show God’s truthfulness and honesty by confirming the promises [given to our]
fathers.

His Hidden Intention:
And [also in order] that the Gentiles might glorify God for [His uncovenanted] mercy to them. As it is written, “Therefore I will praise You among the Gentiles, and sing praises to Your name. Psa. 18:49

Again it is said, Rejoice, O Gentiles, along with His [own] people; quoting Deut. 32:43

And again, Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles (nations), and let all the peoples praise Him! Quoting Psa 117:1

Jesus came unto His own, ie Israel as the revealed will of God, but it was his hidden intention to gather all the nations. (thru His many-membered Christ)

If Jesus had come any sooner upon the scene, the consciousness of man would not have been prepared enough or matured enough to hold the seed of Life (they would have aborted it) and if He had come any later, we would not have had the past two days to have our consciousness’ healed and to have our devils (our misperceptions) cast out and to carry the seed to full term and birth. Just as in Gen. 1 on the fourth day, God said”Let there be lights…and let them be for signs and to mark seasons, days, and years.”

Ephesians speaks of the “eternal” purpose of God, but if God had an “eternal” purpose, it would never begin and it would never end. So I believe that the Concordant Literal renders it more correctly by saying

“And to enlighten all as to what is the administration of the secret, which has been concealed from the eons in God, Who creates all, that now may be made known to the sovereignties and authorities among the celestials, through the ecclesia, the multifarious wisdom of God, in accord with the PURPOSE OF THE EONS, which He makes in Christ Jesus, our Lord…”

In its higher spiritual sense WE ARE THOSE EONS, and we are the lights that are markers for what day and season and year it is. We are not just passing through the eons, but the eons are passing through us, ie, Innocence, Conscious, Promise, Law, Grace, Truth, Darkness, Light. Etc.

We are God’s Day that is the cause not the effect happening. “The rising sun does not fight the night”. It is the changeless cause. We (the Christ company) are the movers and shakers (earthquakes) causing men’s hearts to fail as they call for the “mountains and the rocks” to fall on them. You, as Christ Jesus the rock will fall on creation and this stone shall become a great mountain and fill the whole earth!

Please know, I speak highly of the Christ for all glory and honor and majesty is due his name. For it is the Father expressed. We speak not of our separated ego self that is not really real for what could die or be consumed that is real. Let every “man” (carnal) be called a liar but God (spirit) the truth. “If we deny him, (can’t see that we are a Christ) he remains faithful for he cannot deny himself (his own Christ nature). This is what it means to deny the Lord to me.

God is no respecter of persons, right? Why? Because every man IS HIS PERSON ! That’s why he cherishes and chastens EVERY SON , because every son is to be an expression of the Father and He wants an exact image. The Father is the Unmanifest that just IS, but the son is the Father expressed or manifested. And the Son lives and moves and has his being in Him the Father. For there is nowhere He (the Omnipresent Father) is not. You can’t get out of God, for he is the inside and the outside of everything that exists.

God knows when the little sparrow falls. Because God IS the sparrow. God is All. How much of All is not All?

Everything came out of God, and returns to God, but not void. We are the sent words of God that do not return void. Void of what? Void of experience or experiential knowing having our senses exercised to know good and evil.

God’s Will (thelema) & God’s Plan (boulema)

God’s Will (thelema) & God’s Plan (boulema) or
God's Revealed Will and God's Ultimate Intention

I would like to share with you Stephen Jones' take on this thought about the revealed will versus the ultimate intention or plan of God. I think this is foundational to understanding God's sovereignty and the overall blueprint for history.

************************
God's Will (thelema) and God's Plan (boulema)

The will of God is in a way subordinate to His Plan (ultimate intention), or Blueprint of History. The Greek words to describe each in the NT are thelema (will) and boulema (plan). The word thelema is used about 60 times in the NT. It is usually translated "will". It denotes the will in the sense of the desire or wish. However, the word boulema refers to one's resolve. It goes beyond a mere desire. It denotes the actual plan, the intention, or the outworking of the will. It is only used twice in the NT, but in both cases we can note its distinction from thelema.

For example, in Acts 27: 43 Paul was being taken prisoner to Rome. A storm had arisen, and the ship was grounded on a reef. The soldiers wanted to kill the prisoners to prevent them from escaping. 27. But the Centurion, willing (boulomai, planning or intending) to save Paul, kept them from their purpose (boulema, the plan, or intention). Fortunately for Paul, the Centurion had more than a willing desire to save Paul. He also had the power to plan and to carry out his plan (boulema). This indicated more than a mere desire to save Paul's life. He carried it out as part of his plan.

The second passage where boulema is used is much clearer, for we already quoted it in Romans 9:19, in regard to Pharaoh; 19. Why doth He yet find fault? For who hath resisted His will (boulema, plan or intention)? You see, the will (desire) of God was expressed in Moses' statement: "Let my people go". Pharaoh was able to resist God's thelema will, or desire. The story of Pharaoh makes that obvious. But there was a boulema plan or intention, that Pharaoh knew nothing about, and this he could not resist, for this was in the mind of God, not the will of man. It was bound up in the sovereignty of God, not the authority of man. And this plan perfectly expressed in verse 17, where Paul quotes from Exodus 9:16:

16. And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to show in thee My power; and that My name may be declared throughout all the earth.

It was God's will for Pharaoh to let Israel go. But it was in God's plan that Pharaoh resist God's will. Thus, God hardened Pharaoh's heart, in order to carry out that plan. This may seem like a terrible contradiction. Why would God create His own opposition and harden Pharaoh's heart, causing him to resist the will of God? It is no more contradictory than with the two covenants. The Abrahamic covenant gave men the inheritance by unconditional promise; while the Mosaic covenant made it conditional. This is not contradictory, but rather a paradox. As a consequence, man is judged only on the level of his obedience to the thelema of God, for this is the level of his authority or understanding.

That which God does according to His Plan, the boulema, He takes full responsibility for. Yet because the boulema of God is a primal force which directly determines man's ability and desire to obey God's thelema (will), God holds Himself ultimately responsible and liable for the actions and salvation of His creation. That is one reason why He came to pay the penalty for sin Himself, and we will deal with that topic later.

The Tension in Creation

"We begin by quoting the Apostle Paul in his comment about the problem of creation in Romans 8:19 - 22 19.

For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God.
20. For the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope [in expectation] 21. that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. 22. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.

Paul makes it clear that the creation was NOT subjected to "futility" or to "its slavery or corruption" by its own will, but by the sovereign will of God alone. Paul also says that the creation will be set free as the sons of God are set free from the corruption of death.

Inherent in Paul's writings is the concept that "the all" (ie., creation) is laboring under a kind of bondage to corruption, death, mortality, the law of Entropy (decay). God subjected it to such "futility" by His own sovereign will. "Futility", or "vanity", or "emptiness", is a word used to describe a plan of conduct that appears to go nowhere; it simply "peters out" into nothing. This word precisely describes the Law of Entropy, or decay. By this law, all things are subject to corruption, and man himself lives only a short time before petering out in death.

Paul says specifically (above) that it was NOT done by the will of creation. When Adam sinned, his sin was imputed to all mankind. We all became liable for Adam's sin, and thus we are all mortal, paying for a sin which we did not commit. And not only mankind, but Paul says that ALL OF CREATION was subjected to this corruption. It is contrary to the divine law for anyone to impute a father's sin upon the children.

Deut. 24:16 says:
16. The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; every man shall be put to death for his own sin. This law is repeated in

Ezekiel 18:20.
20. The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son..

And yet this is precisely what God did with us. The fact that all of Adam's children are born mortal proves that we are paying for a sin commited by our father. (Rom. 5:12). Adam's children were put to death for the sin of their father Adam. Did God know that this was unjust? Of course He did! After all, He had prohibited such injustice by His own law, revealed to Moses and confirmed by Ezekiel. This raises the most basic question about the justice of God, because that death imposed upon us outside our will is the root cause of all personal sins after Adam's original sin. We cannot hide this issue and hope it goes unnoticed by God's critics. Nor can we theologize it away after God clearly takes the credit for doing these things. We must first have faith that He is just, and that He knows what He is doing. We must align ourselves with His plan, rather than attempt to alter His plan to fit what we think He should have done.

In looking at the way God imputed Adam's sin to his descendants, and the divine law which prohibits such behavior, we do not hesitate to call God's action a "temporary injustice, which is the direct cause of the "Tension" in the history of creation. Tension is the result of injustice or disharmony while it is yet unresolved. It has many applications. When a nation wrongs another, tension is set up, often leading to war. When an individual wrongs another, tension is in the air until restitution is made. Tension always demands a resolution. In music there are certain chords which contain conflicting or discordant notes. These chords set up an emotional tension until the chord is resolved. This is a very common musical technique, used to play upon the emotions of the listener and draws him into the music by forcing him to psychologically demand harmony. Discord torments the mind of the musician, in order to maximize the feeling of relief when the harmonious chord is struck. It is much like the cliff-hangers in books of TV programs. All are temporary tensions designed to make the listeners demand a resolution.

God, too, has employed this technique in the music of the spheres and in the book of history. Imputing death and corruption to mankind and to creation in general has produced a judicial tension that demands resolution. Paul says that God will certainly not leave creation hanging. The disharmony and injustice that cause the tension will be MORE THAN COMPENSATED when the final chord of history is struck. And so Paul reminds us in

Romans 8:18
18. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. And again, he says in

2 Cor. 4:17 17. For momentary light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison.

Paul is reminding us that the injustices of life are not only temporary, but will be more than righted at the last day when He restores all things." Stephen Jones

The Definition of Sin

another installment from Bro. Stephen Jones. [a little refresher course ]

"The Definiton of Sin"

MAN SINS BECAUSE HE IS MORTAL. He is mortal because God made him liable for the orginial sin of his father Adam. Therefore, God is the direct cause of man's weak (mortal) condition and the indirect cause of his personal sins. The question is: Does this make God a sinner? We immediately answer, NO. Is God liable in any way for man's sin? We immediately answer, YES. This is one reason why He paid the penalty for sin Himself. We do NOT agree that this makes God a sinner, but only that He is ultimately liable.

To prove this, we must first look at the meaning of the word that is translated "sin" in the scriptures. The Hebrew word for "sin" is khawtaw. It is translated "sin" in over 400 Bible passages. Yet the word literally means "to miss the mark", or "to fail to reach a goal." In the physical sense, the word can be used in the case of an archer who misses his target.

Judges 20:16 16. Among all this people there were 700 chosen left-handed; every one could sling stones at an hair breadth and not miss (khawtaw Heb.)

In the moral sense, the target, goal or standard is the divine Law (I John 3:4) Any transgression of the Law is "sin", because the Law is God's standard of righteousness. A sinner is one who has fallen short of perfection as defined in the Law. Paul alludes to this meaning when he writes in

Rom. 3:23 23. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

The glory of God here is the target. We have all fallen short of the target, failing to attain to that perfect goal. Essentially, then, sin is a failure to reach a particular goal. God created His own goal, to express mercy and grace to all of His creation. How could He do this without having a creation that needed Grace and Mercy? The only way would be to first subject all the creation to vanity and sin (Rom 8:20), and then to save them. And so we ask ourselves: Will God fail to carry out His plan? Must He reach for plan "B"? If so, then God is a failure, hence a sinner. [by missing his own mark]

It was in God's plan to create a temporary injustice and to spread it out on a finite timeline which we call history. Yet in the spiritual realm where God abides, this "injustice" is immediately offset by its solution, for all time is one, and all of history is a single image in the mind of God. These things are difficult for the soulish mind to comprehend. Ultimately it boils down to a matter of faith. Yet I believe it is quite clear that God, having never failed, is not a sinner.

The Laws of Creation and Liability The book of Genesis knows only the overriding Law of Creation, which says the that the Creator is always greater than the creature. This is so, because a creator owns and is responsible for that which he creates. And so, by the law, we find that men are liable for the actions of the animals they own. (Ex. 22:5) If a fire destroys someone's property, the one liable is he who started the fire, for he is the creator and owner of that fire. It is self evident that man was created with a potential to sin. It was not a mistake or an oversight on His part. In fact, it was necessary.

Most Christians construct their philosophy of the origins of good and evil on the argument that God did not force Adam to sin, but only allowed it, and that such permission on God's part is necessary to preserve God's merit, of course, on the human level. However, it only reduces the problem, it does not resolve it. James 4:17 gives us a general principle of divine law that is applicable here:

17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. When applied to man, whose goal is obedience to God's thelema will, failure to keep this law is sin.

My comment interjected here: [the thelema will is the revealed will of God or what man is presently conscious of, but it is not His ultimate and, many times, hidden intention. And an illustration of this is in 1 Cor. 2 : 7 & 8

"But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the HIDDEN WISDOM, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory."]

When applied to God, however, it is a little different, because he operates on boulema, the divine plan, the overall intention, the Blueprint for history. And so we must keep in mind that although God deliberately incurs liability, it is within His plan to do this. Therefore it is not sin to him, so long as He does not fail. This law on the prevention of evil is further expanded in the liability laws of Ex. 21.

The Ox in the Pit Ex. 21:33-34
33. And if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or an ass fall therein; 34. The owner of the pit shall make it good, and give money unto the owner of them, and the dead beast shall be his.

The owner is liable even if he did not force the ox in the pit. The fact remains that he allowed it by opening the pit. He created the opportunity for the ox to fall into the pit. And so, the divine law rules that the man who opened the pit is liable and pay restitution to the animal's owner. In applying this law to Adam's situation in the garden, God is both the owner of the pit, and owner of the animal. First, God dug a pit and did not cover it. That is, God created an opportunity for Adam (the ox) to fall into the pit (sin and death). That made God liable and created a "Tension" that demanded a resolution. So He had to go to the owner of the ox, which again is God, and BUY THE OX, "and the dead beast shall be his" (vs. 34). Is not this why Jesus came? He fulfilled the law to the letter, purchasing Adam's dead race. God's left hand paid restitution to His right hand.

This law was not only made to regulate men's liability; God enacted it deliberatly to make Himself liable, so He could fulfill the law and resolve the Tension.

Consuming the Field
This principle is found again in Ex. 22:5, to which we shall add some phrases that appear in the Septuagint version, but not the KJV.

5. If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall (deliberately) put in his beast, and shall feed in another man's field he shall surely make restitution out of his own field according to the yield thereof; and if the whole field be eaten, of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.

The owner of the ox is liable. He cannot say, "Well, I didn't force the ox to eat; the ox did it all by himself." No, the owner is liable simply because he is its owner. So how is the liable party to pay restitution? The law says, "an eye for an eye", which is in this case is "field for field".

Jesus said that the "field is the world" (Matt. 13:38 - God allowed one of the "beasts" or creatures (the serpent) to feed in another man's field. Furthermore, the "whole field" was eaten, for all men have been consumed by sin. What kind of "grass" did this beast consume? It was Adam and Eve and ultimately all of mankind, for "all flesh is a grass" (1 Pet. 1:24) Here was another temporary injustice, a Tension that needed to be resolved to harmonize the spheres. God honored and upheld His own law of liability, and "the best of his own field" (Jesus) was given to man as restitution. "

The Church's Reversion

The following article is by Stephen Jones. I wanted to share this as I believe it explains how man through many of the preceding centuries was attempting to fulfill the word of God from an unenlightened and rebellious level of understanding and development.

As Stephen say here: "In fact, the cross itself, which Constantine had turned into a conquering sword, restored to the Church the military evangelism that had characterized the Old Covenant and Joshua's conquest of Canaan."

**************************************

The progression of the Kingdom in history is portrayed by the feast days of Israel when viewed from the perspective of prophecy. Moses led Israel out of Egypt on Passover, bringing the Kingdom into a Passover Age--the first of a series of three ages. The Passover Age ended officially when Jesus died on the cross on Passover 1480 years later.

Those who believed in the Passover Lamb (justified by faith) are those who, in effect, "passed the test of Passover" and were moved into the next grade level--Pentecost. These became known as the "Church," though more specifically they formed the Pentecost Church, as distinct from the Passover Church that Moses had formed. Acts 7:38 calls Israel "the Church in the wilderness." I equate this with the Passover Church, when viewed in this manner.

The Pentecost Church was the transitional Church into that final perfect one, which I would call the Tabernacles Church--or the Church with the anointing of the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkoth).

2000 years ago the majority of the people failed to pass the Passover test (Faith) and to graduate into Pentecost. This has occurred also with the Church of Pentecost. Instead of moving forward into Tabernacles, they have reverted back to the perceptions and limitations of the Passover Age. Even so, there has always been a minority which has continued to move forward instead of backward. These are the Overcomers.

The Passover Age began with great miracles--the Ten Plagues on Egypt, the parting of the Red Sea, the manna in the wilderness. But it was not Pentecost. The people did receive OPPORTUNITY to enter Pentecost at Mount Sinai, when God came down as fire and spoke the Ten Commandments to the people. Everyone heard God in their own language. That day came to be celebrated as the "feast of weeks" thereafter, and it received its current Greek name over a thousand years later--Pentecost.

It is evident that the Holy Spirit was present and operative even in the Passover Age. The Holy Spirit is not limited to Pentecost, but functions and manifests in a greater way. Israel had opportunity to grow rapidly from Passover (leaving Egypt), to Pentecost (hearing God's voice, receiving the Spirit at Sinai), and even to Tabernacles (entering the Promised Land). They could have "graduated" within a period of just two years. But though this was God's WILL (thelema), it was not God's PLAN (boulema).

Under Moses, God granted Israel the ability only to leave Egypt, thereby typifying those who are Justified by Faith in the blood of the Lamb. That is the Passover experience, and it speaks of all true believers who have Faith. In any age, the Church, by definition, consists not of organizational members, but of people with a genuine heart-experience of Justifying Faith.
In other words, the "True Church" consists of those who have experienced Passover in their hearts and have a direct relationship with Jesus Christ.

But in the prophetic type under Moses we find that Israel was unable to go beyond Passover. When they came to Pentecost, they ran away from the voice of God at Sinai (Ex. 20:18-21). Verse 19 says,
"Then they said to Moses, 'Speak to us yourself, and we will listen; but let not God speak to us, lest we die'."

Scripture says that their hearts were hardened, their eyes were blinded, and their ears were stopped, and this situation was still present with them 40 years later (Deut. 29:4). The reason for this was because God intended to work on a much longer time frame than just the individual Israelite's experience. He intended to slow down the process and work through three AGES. And so the eyes and ears of the people were not opened until after Jesus' resurrection (Luke 24:32). This unlocked their hearts and opened up to them the Pentecostal Age, which they entered seven weeks later.

A few people drew near to God in the upper room for Pentecost, desiring to hear His voice. Unlike Israel, they were unafraid, and they were rewarded with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2), which those of the previous Age were unable to experience.

But within a few centuries we find from reading Church history that they lost nearly all of what they had gained on the day of Pentecost. A few miracles continued to occur, of course, but miracles did not set them apart from the Passover Age. Many miracles occurred under the anointing of Passover. What was the real difference between these two Ages? What did the Pentecostal Church lose? How did they revert to Passover?

In a word, the issue was the Holy Spirit. But how did this play out in experience? The Holy Spirit came primarily in the form of the Voice of God manifesting in the Fire. It is also pictured as a SWORD, because of the "flaming sword" of the Cherubim (Gen. 3:24) as well as the sharp sword coming out of the mouth of Christ (Rev. 19:15). A sword coming out of one's mouth is a symbolic representation of the WORD OF GOD, and the sword is the tongue by which it is spoken.

It is a Hebrew idiom in Scripture that the "edge" of the sword is the Hebrew word PEH, which means "mouth." It is literally the BLADE of the sword, but the Hebrew word is MOUTH. So the sword coming from the mouth of Christ in Rev. 19:15 is a word picture of Hebrew origin.

When Israel refused to hear the Voice of God in Exodus 20, they rejected the Sword that comes from the mouth. They rejected Pentecost, and so the fulfillment of that feast was postponed for many centuries. If they had accepted that sword, history would have been quite different. The most immediate difference is that they could have conquered Canaan by the Sword of the Spirit instead of the physical sword. But in rejecting the spiritual sword, they were left only with the physical sword.

And so, the Passover Age was characterized by carnal things, including the physical sword by which they would conquer Canaan. Yes, God was in it, but it was not the perfect order, nor did all that bloodshed really reflect the heart of God. Did God really hate the Canaanites? Did He really desire their blood? Was the God of the Old Testament a God of vengeance, rather than a God of Love? NOT AT ALL. The Canaanite genocide was the result of Israel's refusal to obtain the greater weapon of the Sword of the Spirit, by which they could have CONVERTED the Canaanites by the power and demonstration of the Spirit.

The fulfillment of Pentecost in Acts 2 shows us how the alternative Sword would have worked on the Canaanites, had that Sword been Israel's "weapon of choice." Jesus said to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He said to "kill" them by baptism. What we call the Great Commission is actually the operation of the Sword of the Spirit, which Israel was offered but rejected at Mount Sinai.

Unfortunately, by the fourth century the Church had lost this Sword of the Spirit. Constantine then picked up the physical sword by which he conquered. The Church reverted back to its Passover level of experience. Pentecost's Sword of the Spirit was discontinued. The focus of the Church began to shift from the resurrection back to the Cross. The Cross became a physical Sword. And the Church soon learned to conquer men by military might and to convert men by force of arms.

This is the real significance of Constantine's vision of the sword in the sky with the words, "In this sign, conquer." If he had known anything about the Sword of the Spirit, he might have used a different sword. But like Israel of old, he did not. So he assumed that he was to conquer by military force. This marked the greatest turning point in the Church in its reversion from Pentecost to Passover.

Illusion or Delusion

Isa. 45 tells us that "For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord and there is none else."

The dictionary definition of illusion does give the word illusion the meaning of something with deceptive appearance, or something that deceives the senses or mind, for example, by appearing to be one thing when it is in fact another.

In that sense, I can agree that the world of form is an illusion. It appears to have solidarity but is really just spirit slowed down to give our senses the experience of the unfoldment of eternity. Every cell of our body is made of atoms of spinning energy and scientists have found an even smaller world than the world of atoms and find that these smaller units of energy appear as ghost energy. I laughed to myself the first time I read that, because I could hear the spirit in that. How about Holy Ghost energy?.. Energy that took a dive deep into these lower and slower realms to become "a terrestrial terminal for the habitation of eternal awareness."

Isa. 45 tells us that "For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord and there is none else."

We have not even begun to see the glory of the full unfoldment and purposes of God for this planet yet. She has not even given birth yet to her child. We have all been cells in this body, gestating in time. We are alive or quickened and awake cells, but when the fullness of time came, God brought forth his firstborn cell/Son who was alive and awake to quicken all of the rest of the cells in this body. Because Jesus was made both Christ and Lord, a life-giving spirit, he has deposited the seed of truth and light into the collective consciousness of all. It only took one, for contained in the one is the all. So buried deep in the earth of every man is the seed of life, awaiting its own quickening and germination.

And even though all things are finished and complete in the mind of God in the eternal, Jesus did not come and God's plan was not manifested in Mother earth until certain conditions in her consciousness had reached a state mature enough to hold this seed of life called Jesus Christ. A woman does not get pregnant any ole time, but only when certain conditions are exactly right. And neither does she give birth healthfully to a fully formed child until this fetus has matured for 280 days in the womb. So it was with the First Born cell from the dead and so shall it be for His Whole Cell/Self, his second coming in fullness and glory.

“Before emerging into the world at birth, the human fetus gestates in the womb for 280 days. Instead of 280 terrestrial days, suppose that it took 280 solar days on each of the seven frequencies of universal manifestation for Christ’s consciousness to reach a level of full activity. If this were the case, by the year 1680 A.D. Christ would have awakened on six of the seven frequencies. If we add to this the 33 years of Jesus’ earthly life, we find ourselves at the beginning of the eighteenth century industrial revolution. The coarsest of the seven channels of creative manifestation, and the last to be penetrated, would naturally be the physical. A gestation of 280 solar days on each of the seven frequencies would take 1960 years. If we add to that, 33 years and make adjustments for the discrepancies of the early calendar, we find that there is something to be said for the times that we are in Now that few other ages could claim.

Through the life of Jesus, the Creator stitches the threads of truth deeply into a fallen race. And Jesus ascends with the words, “I go unto the Father to prepare a place for you.” And so He has from Pentecost until Now been establishing the conditions that make His collective birth on earth sustainable. And just as a human mother continues to breathe easily and deeply throughout her contractions of natural childbirth, so those who are consciously helping to prepare the way of the Lord breathing easily, trusting throughout these times of transition that what is occurring is not only inevitable, but precisely what earth has longed for.

This Beings’ face is as the sun and his feet are as pillars of fire. Instead of feet of clay which is the state of natural man composed of the materials of earth. This New Born One has feet of fire because their bodies are rooted, not in the soil of Earth, but in the light of God’s mind. Their bodies are composed of light, of fire, of ideas made flesh, as was Jesus’ glorified body beyond the reach of disease, decay and death. It is all those who graduate from creaturehood to Godhood and take part in the first resurrection. When this One cries with a loud voice, the seven thunders utter their voice for everything within them has been aligned and entrained with this vibration.” End quote

Well, it seems that I started out to comment about ‘illusion’ and ended up in gloryland…LOL But I wanted to add that the word delusion which the dictionary gives as ‘a false notion or mistaken belief or idea about something, especially as a symptom of psychiatric disorder.’ I don’t think creation is a delusion, or else we are calling The Creator deranged. I believe that its just that we have to see it with new sacred eyes and we will see creation and the purposes and plans of God in it, for he does all things well.

We used to have a brother who came and ministered in our home fellowship many years ago who was from the deepsouth and he had a very unique way of expressing himself in his deep southern drawl. (no offense to southerners, for I spent most of my growing up years in the south too)

One day while ministering he made this comment that profoundly grabbed me: He said, "the Old Man is dead, but before he died he got his Old Woman pregnant", and she has continued to give birth. It is the mind realm that has continued to perpetuate the lies it has been seeded with.

If Jesus destroyed him that had the power of death, why didn't all men instantaneously from that moment on exhibit resurrection life? Well, it is because the soul was still carrying seed from her Old Man, hence, the admonition to be transformed through the renewing our mind. There are not really two minds, in my view. There is only one mind that operates either carnally or spiritually.

We all know who the Old Man is - Adam. Jesus dealt him a death-blow at the cross. But how many ever consider his wife Eve? What about her?

God's bride, who is the soul of every man has to get married to Him, not just date or court Him to have a nature change. You can have a lot of fun dating or courting, but you won't produce a thing without marriage. It seems, like you were saying, that many are happy to get a thrill from their revelations and knowledge and not carry it any further.

When a woman marries she receives a name change. (we know that names denoted a person’s nature in the bible) So this shows us that a ‘nature change’ happens when applied in the spirit. As long as she is just dating, she doesn't use his last name.

Isa. 4:1 And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread and provide our own apparrel, only let us be called by your name to take away our reproach. (of being unmarried) Amp.

The seven churches ages (outer) or many souls (inner) say, " We are going to eat our own bread, or that which our own mind separate from the spirit, wants to eat. We will provide our own apparel, or wear a covering of our own making. We just want to use your name, Lord, so we don't appear to be acting out of our own consciousness."

Eve is a picture of the soul that makes its own decisions apart from union with her husband. (spirit)

But , "A married woman is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives; but if her husband dies she is loosed from the law concerning her husband."

She can re-marry. And when she does so, she has a name change (nature change) from Eve to Mary - "Blessed, favored of God, are you before all other women. For that Holy Thing that shall be born of you shall be called the Son of God."

Just as there is the first man Adam and the second man the Lord from heaven, Christ, there is the first woman Eve and her spiritual counterpart Mary. This is all going on within.

God only marries a virgin; "These are they who have not defiled themselves by relations with women, for they are [pure as] virgins. These are they who follow the lamb wherever He goes. These are they who have been ransomed from among men as the first fruits for God and the Lamb."

When our minds are re-newed we are once again as a virgin or a pure mind, and are free to bring forth the fruit from the incorruptible seed planted there which is the Manchild.

Everyone who proclaims their perfection, and I might add, I totally agree with them in spirit. But why do so many who proclaim their perfection still show so much carnality at times? Could it be because their Eve is still changing into her Mary wedding garments?

From Eve to Mary

The old man is dead, this I well know!
because Jesus overcame him, even the Bible tells me so!
Then what is this I feel
And at times me act so unreal?

When Jesus died on the cross
He showed old Adam who was boss
When with Jesus, Adam was buried in the earth
That old man did not rise again to resurrection mirth.

But, before his demise
Adam's wife accepted and believed all his lies.
This seed was planted in her mind
And it left her to bring forth a child of Adam's kind.

But the law states when a man is dead
His wife is free to marry another in his stead.
Before I understood that Christ was my true love to be,
I played the harlot with all those other thoughts
that so easily enticed me.

But when God's bright light did shiine
Upon my darkened mind
I truly did discover what true love was all about.
For this lover did not abuse me and at me slanders shout.

His ways with me have been ever so gentle
How could I have ever made my heart another's rental.
He's assured my broken heart and been so very kind
That even to all my past sins, He's only said, "Nevermind".

For just as Hagar was asked
To take her son and move out,
For she and her son was not
What God's promise was all about.

Since my spirit and soul have taken wedding vows
And began to experience this wedded bliss,
I've had to tell the 'other woman and her son'
To hit the road. Well, you get the gist.

So, when I get a little short
Or it seems my God nature's not showin',
It's because I may be just a little weary
From all the 'other woman's stuff, out I'm movin'.

It won't be long
Before her carnal clutter is all gone
So that me and my True Love
Can enjoy our home alone.

We'll have the whole house to ourselves
With sweet fellowship unbroken.
We'll hang a sign upon our door:
"No Vacancy", for this house is taken.

So our 'Eve', who through the serpents words
Was so easily deceived
Has now become a 'Mary',
And from God's messenger a word of life receives.

"Be it unto me
According to your word as spoken.
A handmaid of the Lord I'll be
As you perform you word unbroken."

"You, Oh favored virgin mind
Shall receive a word of life from God's own mind.
That Holy Thing that shall be born of thee
Shall be called The Son of God Most High."

To this marriage supper,
The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come".
The invitations have been sent
And blessed and envied are you to have received one.

This will be the greatest party
God has ever thrown.
The celebration of the soul of God
And His Dear Son made One.

Your Adam and Eve

Adam and Eve

Our journey is really God's journey through the realms of matter, time and space in order that he may fill ALL THINGS with himself. If God had wanted to remain as God All In One or contained within One, I’m sure that is what would have happened, but the nature of Energy is to move. And this Energy moved within itself and desired to experience itself as All. And when it did we became. We were the spirit creations of God. The Elohim, a plural definition of God.

In the larger sense, archtypically, Adam is, I believe, a picture of spirit and

Eve is a picture of soul.

The word does say it was Eve who was in the transgression, but if the above statement is true, then because we all are made of an Adam and a Eve, or a soul and spirit, then Adam, too, partook of the transgression but out of love if he is a picture of spirit, for God is spirit and God is Love.

The spirit (Adam) followed Eve (soul) out of the Garden (paradasical fellowship with God) and stayed with her (Lo, I am with you always, even until the end of the world) until she is re-stored to a place of union and oneness with God. None of this "slipped up on God" or happened without design or else we do not have a God that is Omnipotent as we claim. Maybe something else might "slip up" on him and he will have to figure out another rescue plan.

When you come to the end of your world, all that is left is his world. And as a true Lover of our Soul, he has vowed to stay with us until that state is realized.

Remember Adam had been put to sleep. And the spirit in man, which is made of God stuff, is God, for "God is spirit and they which worship him must worship him in spirit and truth". So, the spirit of man is the candle of the Lord and it is in a state of death or what the bible calls sleep until it is re-ignited, quickened or called forth from the grave.

Adam answered God when asked, "Where are you? and said, "I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself. And He said, “Who told you, you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat? And the man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate."

Adam admits to nakedness after partaking of fruit from his soul. He was operating from a lowered consciousness after partaking of Eve's offerings. I have heard many highlight God's words "Who told you, you were naked?" many times trying to stress that we never partook of any fruit but life, but when Jesus stripped himself to come here, beloved, he was naked, naked of his glory - Without any anointing. That is why it says that "God anointed Jesus who went about doing good", and that is why is says that God anointed him with the spirit without measure. He was naked! "I can of mine ownself do nothing."

When the bible speaks of Christ dying [and it does say Christ, not just Jesus died] this is the willful emptying of himself to take on the form of a servant and the fashion of a man. He was Spirit, willingly, entering this realm of death for the love of his bride, the soul of every man. He followed her out of the Paradise of God because of love, to woo her back into union with Himself.

"For this reason shall a man leave Mother and Father (heavenly parents) and be joined to his wife (the soul of every man).....and they shall become one flesh."

The real manifestation of the Son of Man as the The Son of God does not happen without the "twain" being made One New Man (The Child Born of Union)

If God had not had the desire to extend himself as creation and to experience his creative power multiplied exponentially, he would have remained as God All in One, but his desire was to be All in all, because he knew that these "alls" were infused with his nature to be as He is, and would create new worlds patterned after his glorious nature, magnifying, or making larger, his glory and majesty...worlds without end.

Jesus patterned all this for us perfectly so we would have an outer picture, or mirror to look into and to see ourselves clearly and even though the glass has still been smudged and dirty for many, the washing of the Word, is clearing our vision and we are growing up into Him in all things and seeing Him as He is - God manifested as All In all.

In His Great Love for All

The 3 Things In the Ark of the Covenant

The three things that were in the ark:

1. The two tablets of testimony = THE WAY

2. The pot of manna = THE TRUTH

3. Aaron's rod that budded = THE LIFE

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the Life, and no mans comes to the Father, but by me." John 14:6

Until you find the Son or the Christ of your being, you cannot know the Father - this is what Jesus meant when he said that "I and the Father are One." The Father is our Source and the Son is that Source manifesting.

1. Jesus the man was a way pointing to the WAY which is Christ. Isaiah says he is the Sign Son and we know that signs only point to something or speak of something. It also says "Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and for wonders [that are to take place] in Israel from the Lord of hosts, who dwells in Mount Zion."

Our friend David shares with us the following illustrations: It would be like a dying man in the desert coming upon a sign that says "Water" with an arrow pointing in the direction it is. But the man in his delerium thinks that the sign is where the water is and stops there. "The sign can of its own self do nothing", but what it points to can do all things.

Or a water bottle with a label that says W-A-T-E-R. It is not the label you want or its container, but what’s in the bottle. So it is with Jesus. Billy uses the caterpillar and butterfly example beautifully to illustrate this too.

Billy, you made me think of this scripture too when you said on your latest post of how we are going to think of Jesus differently.

John 16:25
I have told you these things in parables (veiled language, allegories, dark sayings). The hour is now coming when I shall no longer speak to you in figures of speech, but I shall tell you about the Father in plain words and openly - without reserve.

We are no longer going to see the Father which is what Jesus came to reveal, either as the Old man in the sky, or a Being sitting on a throne somewhere up in the heavens as something separate and apart from his creation.

2. The Manna is the Bread that came down from heaven. "It is My Father who gives you the true, heavenly bread" John 6:32

What came down from heaven?

"GOD was in Christ (Christ being the expression or extension of the Father called the Son) reconciling the world unto himself"

Timothy calls God the Savior of the World. So it was the Father or God or the Unmanifested Invisible God making himself visible by coming as the Son or Christ nature.

3. The Life is what happens when you eat the True Bread that comes down from heaven. "I am the Bread of Life - that gives life, the Living Bread." This is “Zoe” life, or God Life, “I am come that you might have life and life more abundantly."

Rumi

Rumi - [13th century Sufi poet in case some may not know :) ]

The following poem posted by Ron:

If you bake bread with the wheat that grows on my grave
you'll become drunk with joy and
even the oven will recite ecstatic poems.
If you come to pay your respects
even my gravestone will invite you to dance
so don't come without your drum.
Don't be sad. You have come to Gods feast.
Even death cannot stop my yearning
for the sweet kiss of my love.
Tear my shroud and wear it as a shirt,
the door will open and you'll hear
the music of your soul fill the air.
I am created from the ecstasy of love and
when I die, my essence will be released
like the scent of crushed rose petals.
My soul wants to leap and join
the towering soul of Shams.

My reply:
Wow! That poem was powerful, Ron. Instead of hearing that as my literal or natural death, I read that as being crucified with Christ and no wonder its an invitation to God's ensuing resurrection feast.

Love, K.

Ron replies:

Yes, my friend, I definitely RUMI-nated some serious enzymes upon reading it too....a definite digestion-aid to strengthen and VITALIZE our spirit to enable us to leap over a whole series of death-hurdles..... being gloriously OPENED up to the THRUSTINGS of such a TRUSTworthy AMAZING GRACE uswards ...in Christ's WAKEfulness penetrates and pierces 'e-v-i-l'.....living ass-backwards like retreating LOVE-deniers.... to shreds.... and by accepting the 'enemy' ...learning to embrace and enfold him...us...within this VASTLESS vessel-venue of GOD'S LOVE.... .... oh,death where is your sting becomes and remains an easy anthem of praise for each psalmist to jubilantly sing out....

Vortex

Two years ago, I drove home from about a five hour car trip....I had a mild cold and after unpacking the car, I decided to catch a quick nap on the couch before my husband came home from work.

I woke up about 45 minutes later and felt as if my body was going into a vortex.....the room was spinning at warp speed. I couldn't lift my head up. I at first, literally, thought something was happening to me in the spirit. The phone rang just as this all started and it was my cousin whose place I had just driven home from. Fortunately, I had the phone right beside me. I told her to pray for something was going on with me and I didn't know what it was. She stayed on the phone with me until my husband came in about 10 minutes later. When he got there, he called the ambulance and I was taken to the hospital all the while puking my guts out. I lay on the guerney at the hospital for two hours before they could get to me. They did a cat scan and found nothing, but admitted me to the hospital where I stayed for the next week, unable to stand or keep my balance.

Neurosugeons told me that most likely a virus settled in my ear and did permanent damage to the inner ear causing vertigo. A couple of weeks after going home and being given a walker to use, I began to function again but not quite normally. I was sent to physical therapy and did many different excercises, physically and visionally, to retrain my brain to keep its balance.

I told you all that to share with you that I believe that the new energies coming in is new wine that these old wine skins(bodies) will not be able to hold....they are going to need a serious upgrade. Mine was thrown completely out of whack. A lot has been going on spiritually in me for the last several years and I surely do identify with Jacob, who walked with a limp after his wrestling match with his angel, his higher self.

I cannot keep my balance now very well in the dark because my brain cannot see anything to give it a message of just where I am. If I touch something, then I am okay, because that gives my brain information. I do pretty well in the light. Can you hear anything in the spirit in all that?:)

I don't just need a healing, to fix what is broken, I certainly wouldn't refuse it, but what I am trying to get at is we are going to need more than these old wine skins to sustain the greater glory here. I want my house from heaven, for nothing else but that will be able to sustain these higher frequencies that are upon us.

I don't often share personal information on these boards, but felt to share this with you. I know a lot of you share how you are healed of most everything and some may ask if I have spoken to my cells, released my ancestoral DNA, cast out my demons, or stood on my head and did yoga, said the rosary, or forgiven my enemies. Well, yes, to all the above (almost) and then some. I just feel spirit wanted some to know that what is going on physically in some of you is not you just falling apart, but the bodies attempts to keep up with the spirit.

We are not going to pull this one off by ourselves. The One Man Savior thing is over, IMO, it will take a Collective Savior, a Collective Christ company, I believe. Do I know the complete how? No. But I do know it will take a people joined in heart and spirit to be that critical mass.

From my heart to yours,
Karen

It really is important that these spiritual beings that we are are able to stay grounded as well.

I remember dear Sis. Dora Van Assen telling us that at one time she had hated her body. She found fault with its perceived flaws, but the spirit told her that 'this mortal' must put on immortality. That without being grateful for her opportunity to be mortal, she would not ever put on immortality. So, perhaps being just eternal unmanifested spirit, is not the same thing as putting on immortality. Something to think about.
