Ananais and Sapphira

"We used to know and fellowship with a brother Ronnie H about 20 years ago when we were still rather new in the kingdom word and he used to make this statement quite often; “The old man is dead, but before he died, he got “her”, his wife pregnant and she has been bearing children ever since her husbands death from that seed. They are little girls that look just like their daddy.”

Well, for just a little explanation of this, I believe that we all know who the old man or the Adam nature is and we know that the word tells us the old man is crucified with him. But somehow, we forgot about his wife. How typical, huh, girls? Well, maybe last, but not least. What has Eve been doing for the last two days? You know, the one who is the Mother of all Living. Not the Mother of all made Alive, but just of all who are still living in their carnal minds or understandings. Her children are her thoughts. She has perpetuated the carnal lineage of Adam, through the mind realm. You know there is a DNA that is called the mitrochondrial DNA and is only carried through the woman. That is why it says in Gen. 3 “that the seed or offspring of the woman would bruise the serpents head”.

Eve listened to the serpent, and Mary , the redeemed Eve, listened to the angel ( her spirit, the higher sound) and heard a word that what she would bring forth this time would be a “holy thing” called the Son Of the Highest.

Well, I was lying in the recliner one day a few years ago, pondering on this word “that the old man is dead, but before he died, he got her pregnant”, when these words walked through me: “But the feet of them that carried out your husband is even at the door”. Well Glory!! I thought to myself, “well, I recall vaguely that that comes from the story about Ananais and Sapphira in Acts.” I hadn’t ever even considered that account as anything other than a historical happening in the early church. Dummy me! Let me quote it here for you:

Acts 5:

But a CERTAIN MAN named Ananias with HIS WIFE (a certain woman too , there go those “certains” again) sold a piece of property. (sold their spiritual birthright, these two speak to me of Adam and Eve )
And with his wife’s knowledge and connivance he kept back and wrongfully appropriated some of the proceeds, bringing a part only and putting it at the feet of the apostles.
But Peter said, Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart that you should lie to and attempt to deceive the Holy Spirit, and should (in violation of your promise) withdraw secretly an appropriate to your own use part of the price from the sale of the land? ( what made you think, Adam and Eve that you could continue to hold back and live off of what was bought and paid for by the blood of Christ)
As long as it remained unsold, was it not still your own? ( when you are “dead” in your trespasses and sins or dead in your understanding, you are not held liable, but once you have entered into contract with the spirit, you have been bought with a price, therefore we are to glorify God in our body.)
As long as it remained unsold, was it not still your own? And (even) after it was sold, was not (the money) at your disposal and under your control? Why then, is it that you have proposed and purposed in your heart to do this thing? – How could you have the heart to do such a deed? You have not ( simply) lied to men – playing false and showing yourself utterly deceitful - but to God.
Upon hearing these words, Ananais fell down and died. (the old man crucified with Christ) And great dread and terror took possession of all who heard it.
And the young men arose and wrapped up (the body) ( could this be the flesh of
Jesus),and carried it out (and) buried it.
Now after an interval of about three hours ( it is now, in this day about three days since Adams death blow) his wife came in, not having learned of what had happened. ( the carnal mind has continued to believe that the old man is still alive, although he was destroyed at the cross. The works of the flesh are perpetuated as long as the lie is continued to be believed)
And Peter said to her, Tell me, did you sell the land for so much? Yes, she said, for so much.
Then Peter said to her, How could you two have agreed and conspired together to try to deceive the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! THE FEET (the feet company of the enchristed ones) OF THOSE WHO HAVE BURIED YOUR HUSBAND ARE AT THE DOOR, AND THEY WILL CARRY YOU OUT (ALSO) ( freedom to walk in the full mind of Christ, when “she, the Old Woman is buried beside her husband)
And instantly she fell down at his feet and died, and the young men entering found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.

A nature change from Adam and Eve to Mary and Christ Jesus – new heavens, Mary and a new earth, Christ Jesus.

I believe, like Paul said of the old testament, that these things happened to them as examples unto us upon whom have come the end of the ages. Many things that played out in the New Testament and in the life and happenings of Jesus are to speak to us as examples unto us who are not just at the end of the ages of man but the New Day of God and what will transpire in this Glorious New Day of the Reign of God.
