If to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.....where is the Lord? Since there is only one spirit, at our spirit level connection those 'absent' ones are as close as our breath...the breath of spirit.
We always say that the Lord has no hands, eyes, ears, mouth, etc in this earth but ours.....so those enhristed spirits who pass on, I believe, often blend with our spirit instructing, encouraging us and also manifesting through us as us.....not taking us over in some possessive way....that is what the other realm does, but I am speaking of the joining of Christ unto Christed spirits.
I believe that is also why our anointing and talents are so varied....we each are a different blend of celestial DNA just as different grapes blended together make different vintages.
