Don't you find it interesting that even though the Word was made flesh and dwelled among us that that Word still had to be anointed to be effective. "How God anointed Jesus who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil."
The Word without the anointing upon it is lifeless even for Jesus. For you see, Jesus came here naked, naked of his glory, saying that of his own self he could do nothing. He laid his celestial glory aside when he entered into this death realm.
"Phil. 2:6&7 Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained;
But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity] so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being."
"Jesus was God in the form of man or flesh.
Christ is man in the glorified state of God.
Jesus Christ is God in the form of man bringing man to the glorified state of God."
We all are the words of God made flesh but these words are lifeless without the anointing or quickening of the Holy Spirit to resurrect them.
So a savior is any flesh that has been anointed to save.
Jesus was the first flesh that attained to saviorhood and glorification. That is what qualified him to be able to be a savior. (after the power of an endless life) He could baptize a people into the same quality anointing that would produce a Saviorhood like unto him.
It is possible to speak truth or true words, but yet for the Spirit of Truth to have not spoken if the anointing is absent. I have heard or read true things many times but did not have the babe leap in my womb at the sound coming forth.
When Elizabeth who was carrying John the Baptist in her womb heard the salutation of Mary who was carrying the Son of Most High in her womb, the babe John leaped in his mother Elizabeth's womb at Mary's words for they were "carrying" spirit vibrations of the Most High God. She was carrying The Word of God and had been overshadowed by the Holy Spirit.
